Gentleness, simplicity and depth.

Pauli’s guidance is direct, it goes to the core without detours, yet in ways that respect exactly where one is at. I enjoyed that this guidance is through the body, with the body while connecting to what is more subtle. His gentle voice was a real balm and allowed me to stay both attentive and relaxed. Thank you for making this meditation available!

In getting started with exploring your purpose, but you do not know where to begin?

This meditation could be a nice starting point.

The goal of this meditation is to help you open up to a different kind of knowing.

Normally we try to solve our problems by thinking about them. It is also common to try to figure out our purpose this way. In my experience this rarely works.

We need to access a different kind of knowing, a more intuitive kind of knowing, in order to discover our purpose. This meditation is designed to do precisely that.

How does this meditation do that?

Firstly, it connects us to our soul. We spend most of the first half of the meditation establishing a firm connection with soul. We ground deeply in the body and from there we enter into a connection with soul. We let soul inhabit our body fully, or as fully as we can.

In the second part of the meditation, we open up to receive information. We listen deeply. We listen with our whole being. It is not simply a listening with our ears, it is a whole-body listening, a whole-being listening. We make ourselves an organ of perception.

What do we listen for?

We listen for images, visions, sensations, words, thoughts, and other forms of subtle information.

Information from soul often comes through forms of knowing that we are not used to, more subtle forms of knowing, and therefore we usually do not notice them at all.

In this meditation, our sole aim is to be present to these forms of communication.

Often it comes through an impactful experience, perhaps an image of a warrior with a triple-edged sword, perhaps an experience of being an eagle that sits on top of a mountain.

It can also be something much more subtle, just a gentle whisper, a light touch, perhaps a fleeting image that passes by in less than a second. Sometimes it is so subtle that we don’t even realize the importance of it until we bring it up with our purpose guide.

Will this meditation reveal everything that you need to know about your purpose?

My guess is that it won’t. If I thought that it would do that I would not be offering The Purpose Discovery Program.

However, it is likely to give you a whole lot of information about your purpose. That is at least what I again and again hear from people who have tried it. It seems like there almost always is some form of revelation, something new and unexpected, that shows up.

Sometimes it comes in subtle forms, and it may be difficult to truly understand the importance of what we are receiving. One may need a purpose guide in order to gain the full potential of the meditation. But you are certainly likely to get a fair deal of new insights concerning your purpose, even without a guide.

If this sounds interesting to you at all, please consider downloading the meditation and trying it. It only takes 20 minutes to do the meditation, so it is not a significant time investment, considering the possible benefits.

Also, let me know how you liked it, I’d love to hear about your experiences of doing the meditation.
